What does the message Access denied: Files Hp DOT4USB mean when I try to reinstall my Hp printer?

When I try to reinstall my Hp Printer I get the following message: Access denied: Files Hp DOT4 USB. What does this mean? I have downloaded the Access denied tool with no results. HELP! My os is windows xp. My printer is an HP 7310 All-in-One.
