Is there a logon script (batch file?) that can default prints as black on color printers?

We have a color printer, and people print stuff out all the time that is in color, but doesn't need to be. We want to create a batch file, or logon script that makes it so when they have a printer, their default printing is in black and white, not color. In a color printers preferences, there is a pull down option for black & white, or color. We just want it to always default on black and white. And solutions or answers would be appreciated very much!!

1. Go to your print server and configure your "default" settings at the printer. This will configure your print side/ server side settings and it will apply to all that print using that server.
