How do i set the shutter speed on my kodak digital camera?

I have a M863 kodak digital camera. I was wondering how to set the shutter speed for it

1. I do not believe that particular model has that feature (Manual mode) usually you cannot do this until you reach the all in one slr's or advanced point and shoots.
