HP Laser Jet 2605dn belt is all pink and printing page backgrounds in pink.?

I like pink and all ...but this is super annoying. Is my printer shot or is it my toner? What do i do to get my nice boring white pages back? HP wont help me because my contract expired. Someone please offer some advice...best answer gets 10.

1. i think your printer has a special program inside that detects when your contract expire's by checking online through your computer and then it breaks itself so you have to buy a new one. Of course I'm really paranoid so this is probably just another one of my crackpot conspiracy theories... like the time I thought Elvis was trying to steal my loose pocket change, it turned out it was really bigfoot... all my friends say it's the huge holes in my pockets but I know the truth.
