1. don't do that. Just go to the shop from where u bought, they will handle with this matter.
2. In most cases servicing and oiling solves the problem. You can open the printer part by part (Remember about all the nuts and bolts/ Remember the disassembling process to reassemble). Clean it. Use White grease and Machine oil where required. your problem might be solved.
