cheap digital cameras or cameras for gamebattles?

i need a camera for gamebattles so i can get pics of the win. Whats a rlly cheap digital camera or on gamebattles if i take a pic from my webcam its comes out backwards will the refs accept that in the ticket? What should i do when we are hosting we win the map and the other team leaves so i cnt get a pic.
