help with a laptop for school?

hi i want to get laptop for school (word prossecing and internet lookups) and this one is for sale in our classifieds what do you think of it? this is the ad: laptop, used, excellent condition laptop forsale, hp omnibook xe4500, windows xp, 28 gig hard drive, intel pentium 4, 256 mb ram, cd burner, wireless, have all accessories, original box, and docking station. it's not the fastest pc, but it runs good and works good, would like to see at least $200, reason for selling bought my girlfriend a new laptop for $1600 thanks everyone! :-)

1. Its a bit on the heavy side, but this is a solid laptop, spend about $40 on a ram upgrade and you should be very happy. Good Luck
2. Hi The Omnibook series are generally a bit heavy and bulky, but are good solid laptop. All those specifications should be fine for just internet and word processing. You can upgrade the ram and hard drive if you see necessary, but you should be fine with what it has already. Hope this helps
