When printing black areas on canvas my HP designjet130 prints a red/dirty brown colour instead Why?

When printing black/dark areas on canvas my dj130 prints a red/brown colour instead. in smaller areas of dark/black it behaves itself and produces the desired tone, all inks are ok and display shows heads are ok too?? i am using the original supplied driver if thats at all relevant. Test prints and col calib are fine, cheers in advance!

2. Check for Dpi settngs and head cleaning replace the BLACK AS IT MIGHT BE RUNNING LOW
