I found a cheap Digital camera with a 300x600 Resolution...is it good or bad?

I found a mega cheap digital camera for £11.75 and it has a 300x600 Resolution.... is that good or bad?

1. Thats awful. Most camera phones can do better than that. I think you should open your budget a little more and get something thats at least 5 Megapixels or more. thats 2500x2500 or more.
2. 300x600 comes out to be .18 mega pixels. That seems too low, are you sure that's all the resolution it has? If so it's not a very good camera at all, worse than a camera phone.
3. Are you sure it's not a web-camera or something similar instead of a 'photography camera'? If it really is a digital camera meant for photography, it's pathetic. Maybe it'll work just to view the photos on the screen if it has one built into it.
