1. you would need to be a recognised engineer. This would mean passing approved courses from both companies. you would then need to open a repair shop. you can publish your qualifications, but would then need to establish yourself in business. Only then can you apply for accreditation to either company. They may ask you to register with approved organisations, and may even require a site inspection. It will cost you money all round.
2. you just start tour business and the you have to contact to the hp that i want an authorization and tell me what is the procedure but you have to go to nearest authorized dealer and say that i want to open a branch or servicing they will definitely help you. if they don,t do that you simply log on to hp website and tell your city, and address where you want to open the center, your experience and they tell you step by step what to do . thanks
