do hp laptops come with some kind of photoshop?

can you tell me what its called and how to get to it? if not what could i use? preferably something i dont have to download.

3. No. Download GIMP its free and does most the same stuff as photoshop except for things like set you back $1000 and native support for adjustment layers.
4. Nope. It would add close to $1000 to the cost of the machine, which scares off customers. You can buy your own copy, though. You can also try Photoshop Elements, which is less than $100 and designed for home users.
