battel filed 2 show me low defult setting while my laptop better than this game?

my laptop is HP Pavilion dv4-1070ee Entertainment Notebook PC i can't play bf2 in very high setting why? by the way when i press defult setting all the setting became low and i have bf2 and the patch 1.4 only or there is any patch for this problem and this laptop more higher than the game it supose to be vista ? please help me and thank you.
