How to shut off blue webcam light on hp laptops...?

Does anyone know how to shut off the blue light that comes up the hp webcams on the laptops?

1. if its on all time, close webcam programs, otherwise u cant, its so u know its in use
2. It's hardwired on, For security reasons such as someone installs a trojan on your computer that will monitor you, This can tell you as a warning. You can technically break the LED or cover it up, but use caution as it's best to just leave it alone.
