I have an HP laptop ( HP pavilion dv 6700) and my webcam doesn't work! What do I do?

I have tried both Cyber Link YouCam and Quick Play. Do I need to download something? HELP!!

1. Maybe you should contact tech support. My Dell webcam didn't work too and it turned that it was a hardware problem. I contacted them and within 48hours a technician came and replaced it. No problems since.
2. Hardware problem, contact the technical support via phone! good luck!
