error message from workcentre 4150 xerox :toner cartridge is not correct installed?

I have a multifunctional workcentre 4150 xerox; i change toner cartridge a week ago .Function normally . Today I receive a error message :toner cartridge is not correct installed .What is happend ? i turning off , clean contacts but stil receive error mesage .I had change with another one and i receive same error mesage .Why?

1. take it out and clean all of the contacts Make sure it is seat ok Try turning it of for a while
