Hi there, I'd like some help on my printer. See, it's really old (it's a printer, scanner and copier) but it's like 3 years old and so I have a new computer that was a birthday gift but the problem is that it's Windows Vista and I don't know if it's compatible with my old printer. I asked a sales associate when I was looking at new printers if the new one I was interested in was compatible with Windows Vista and he suggested that I just update the driver for my old one so that my printer will work with my new computer. I guess I could save some money and that way I don't have to sell my old one and replace it with a new one. Thing is, I don't know how to do it and before i resort to calling HP customer service, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to help me with this problem. Thanks.
