Where can I take my HP computer for help?

I just bought my hp not to long ago. It will not download windows flash Player or adobe flash. I have tried unloading and reloading both, I have tried trouble shooting. Nothing will work and HP on im is no help. Is there a hp store I can take my computer to and they will fix it for free or something?

The only place I'd say is Firedog(If they are still open in Circuit city stores,dunno if they are) or Geek squad, but they overcharge more than apple!So that is saying a lot.Or maybe a local tech shop.There's no hp store. Got any friends who are good with computers?Why have friends if ya can't use em lol.
