HP Store Online

I'm looking to buy a nice printer, can you suggest a specific model?

I've had trouble in the past with this and I've had two printers, though I don't know if the second one counts because it was a free offer from dell when I bought the computer. Anyway, when I bought ink for these printers, the color one, on the second print it already looks red and like the ink is running out. Now, I know it's not with alignment and everything, because it has happened two printers in a row and multiple ink chnages. The black one lasts fairly ok, but I recently refilled my old ink thingy at walgreens and it didn't print well at all, not even a little. Any advice?

  1. HP printers r good and reliable brand,.less thna $100..or more for additional features and used,,if u used for printing pictures i try to suggest lazer printer
  2. i have the best deal for u. get hp photpsmart c6810 all-in-one printer from www.newegg.com buy one thats open box for about 160-170 dollars. the best printer i ever bought.
  3. I recommend HP. I have the HP Photosmart C5180 and it is the best printer I've ever owned. It's on sale this week at Best Buy for $179. It copies, scans, prints, does great photos, and has a fantastic ink system.
  4. I tend to lean towards canon. Canon make a wide variety of printers, and a wide variety of engines and drivers that other companies use in their printers. This translates into, Canon knows what they are doing. If you are looking for a multifunction unit the MP160 is cheap reliable and does a nice print. Theo only draw back is that since it does incorporate a flatbed scanner that bad boy is HUGE. For just a printer most of the Pixma series are very very nice, you want to try to avoid cartridge overkill with canon. That is More than 4 cartridges. Some will come with 5 up to 8 cartridges. Four colour printing is more than enough for most applications.
