I have a Dell 1100 laser printer that doesn't heat making the characters not to stick on the paper, any help?

I would like to know what parts need to be replaced and fix it myself, thanks for any advice. I looked for info at Dell.com and couldn't find the help I needed.

1. Sounds like the fuser. Have not worked onthe 1100 series, but with Dell, if you go their web site and enter the service tag number, you can see or download the complete service manual for the printer. Has easy to follow pictures and instructions for doing most repairs.
