I have a "HP" Apple iPod (yes there is a difference apparently). Having spent a small fortune on it, and its accessories and 2 years on, It has since lost the will to function. I'm trying to find someone in the UK who will repair this model. HP are no longer associated with the iPod and cannot find anyone who will have a look at it. I did ring HP, but this most unhelpful woman kept telling me to go through the trouble shooting on the net, which i had, but I needed to talk to someone, but no, they dont have a department for that.... So if anyone who knows of a reputable repair centre, i'd be very grateful. thanks - Paulrb8 - At the moment its got the message "do not disconnect", but when i reset it, it comes up with a folder with the apple support web address. My iTunes cant recognise it, and as I have restored it I have no music on it and now cannot update it. It was starting to pause after 5 seconds of each song. My songs are mainly in an MP3 format and none are AAC. I am ABSOLUTELY gutted that its not working, I take it with me everywhere, and I have so many accessories for it. I know I could buy a new one, but if this could be fixed I would probably do that, I just need to talk to someone or show it to someone who can help. I have e-mailed HP and am waiting on a response.....Thanks
