Do all digital cameras have the capability to download pics to my computer?

I'll need to download pics of items I want to sell to my computer, then upload them to e-bay. Would the inexpensive digital cameras do the job?

1. yes. all you need is a USB plug and cable. plug it in and you should be able too open up youre pictures through My Computer in the start menu. in My Computer it should have the name of youre camera. when youve found the pictures just click and drag them too youre my pictures folder or whatever folder you wish to store them in
2. Most, if not all digital cameras come with USB cords for that purpose, of all the cameras i've had, i've never seen one that didn't have a USB cable. Yes, it will come with a USB cable, and you will be able to upload them to the computer. But whose going to buy your pictures taken from an inexpensive camera?
