HP Store Online

hi, got new laptop HP, store optimised it b4 I took it home, and now there's no AOl software for me to sign in

driving me crazy. I set it up for dial-up through is network sign on, and nothing. It dials it but says my password/sn etc is invalid. ahhhhhhh any help/ideas? Thank you HP T5250 I'm back using my broken down computer to get online, i bought the new one to use it and I can't get online with it.

1. Download it, put it to disk, install it on new pc.
2. Go to AoL.com & download the software to a disk. If ur old computer won't let you do that than the next best thing is to contact AOL & have them send you a disk. I have had to do that.. It only takes about 3 days to get it.. Good luck
3. Have someone with computer skills todo the initial setup for you.The store may have installed the software you want, but it has to be setup to work.
4. Take it back to the store and have the idiots reconfigure it or replace it with a new one.
