can u buy a computer that is good for gaming that cost under 1000 ?

  3. that wont be too bad, but I wouldnt try and max out games like Crysis COD, etc.. If you know someone, have them build one for you. For $1000 you could be built a much better computer. Try going to a local store and see if they can beat that price and get you something better. I guarantee you they will match, or most likely beat those specs.
  4. If it it pre-loaded with Vista, you will have trouble playing high end video games. You don't specify which type you play, but for example: My boyfriend has a comparable laptop that has dedicated 1gb of memory on the video card and he can only run World of Warcraft at low settings. Anything higher KILLS the framerate so horribly that it looks terrible. It's only a 2.1ghz processor and 4GB of RAM on Vista is a minimum. So, my answer is maybe. Depends on what games you're referring to.
  5. build your self and you will be amazed for gaming i would get a desktop.
