Should I wait till around Christmas to buy a laptop?

I want to buy an HP laptop, should I wait a month? My sister says there will be more sales...but I dunno, do they have good sales on laptops?

  3. Here's your best choice... Don't wait until a specific date. Wait for the perfect deal. Websites such as newegg come out with email promotions that advertise many items. Usually, there is a laptop that has a great deal. Waiting until christmas would not be a bad idea though. ~Maybe one or two hundred dollar discounts on a few.
  4. Hmm they say the past-christmas sales are great, but I'm unsure if that would apply to laptops. It probably will. But the price difference might not be a whole lot. If I were you I'd just go and buy it now.

  8. You should wait for BLACK FRIDAY. My opinion is go to store now and get a computer tag that tell you the normal price, its info, code bar. And make sure that you know where and how to get a your specific laptop. On black friday, all you do is go to computer area and give them computer tag to buy it soon. It prevent your wasting time to look for what you are look for all day.
  9. HP laptops are on sale at sears.com, and you have this "30 days" if they get cheaper then that, you'll get that extra money back. I just bought a sony vaio there, they were on sale last week, my 30 days end by dec. if they get cheaper in any of those days I'll get my money back =D. They also have this price match +10% off =D. Good luck!
