Whether HP Photosmart D7268 is one of the best photo printer to buy for home use ?

Dear All, I am from Bombay city , India. I want to buy good quality photoprinter for my personal use at home.Cost is not the criteria. I want best quality photoprints.Some of my colleagues advised me to buy HP Photosmart D7268 printer for this purpose.
