There are a couple of possibilities. 1) You may need new drivers for either your camera or your video card. Check that they are updated. 2) You may have a computer virus. Run antiviral software, and spybot search & destroy. 3) You may be running low on disk space so your computer isn't saving files properly. Check that at least 10% of your disk is entry and run disk defragmenter. 4. Your camera memory card may be corrupted, and storing files incorrectly. Try your camera with a new memory card. 5. Some of your camera software for your computer may have accidentally been moved or deleted. Reinstall your camera software on your computer. 6. Your camera may be broken. If all the above fail, hope its under warranty and try to return it.
