- I've done it. It's not that hard, although you should check to see if the drivers installed on the computer can be installed in XP as well. You need to check the drivers' websites.
- You can do that provided you can get the drivers for XP in order for the hardware to work properly. You can search the driver in HP website or in the hardware website. Before you format, you must check whether the hardware manufacturer has respective driver for XP
- You have to format your drive and reinstall XP with bootable disk. As regards drivers they are available in HP website or various websites.
- Before proceeding to downgrade your laptop to XP make it sure you have download all the drivers you needed. Go to HP site and download the appropriate driver for your laptop. You can downgrade your laptop to XP as long as you have a XP Installer. Use your VIsta key to activate your OS. You need to call microsoft to activate it.
- ids ur luck,xp works on ur laptop...but problem is sound and other drivers are not supporting to xp ..just check it one if they are working u r lucky..
- you can have vista and xp installed on your computer at the same time i think if you install xp it will still have the drivers that where installed on vista then you can delete vista
