- they transfer with the pictures you need to download quicktime player to see them
- if the camera came with a wire plug the wire into the camera and into the computer problably through a usb port. Then go into "my computer" and double click on the name of your camera it should pop up as your camera and be a folder. go to where the video is stored and copy it into a folder on your hard drive and you should all set. I hope it works
- Well, there's the software program way, and then there's the other way. Plug the camera into the computer. Turn the camera on. If the camera is not on, nothing will happen. After it's on and plugged in, your computer should acknowledge it. Go into "My Computer." There should be an icon that either says the camera's name, model or the like, or even "USB Mass Storage Device." It will likely appear as the E: drive or the F: drive if you don't have a slave hard-drive int he computer or an external one. Open the folder that is the camera. Instantly the next folder should be one that says DCIM, the camera model, or something to that extend. There's probably only going to be two folders anyway. Scurry through them. You'll run into a folder that has all of your pictures. It'll likely be in there. If not, just keep exploring through the folders (do not delete anything in them. I won't make much of a difference, but it's best to play it safe. I don't know what Kodak stores int he memory cards). Highlight the movies or pictures you want to copy. Now that their highlighted, right click copy. Open the folder in you computer that you want to save them to. Now right click on an open space in the folder and click "paste." This will copy the images or videos from your camera to your computer! ^_^
- It should do it automatically...I had a Kodak for years and never had any trouble getting videos off the camera. Do a "repair" with your Kodak software...put the disk in and select repair...that may fix your problem. Also make sure your camera batteries are charged up. Is your camera being recognised by your computer? Do you have up to date drivers and kodak program? Check with kodak website for any updates you may need. Have a look where it put your photos and see if thats where your videos are too as thats where it used to put mine...I could access them from there with no problems.
