Is it possible to get refill the SAMSUNG ML 1640 Laser Printer Toner. Or i always have to buy new printer when it get empty? The New toner Costs half of the New Printer Cost

1. The toner you get with the printer is actually 1/5 of the toner you would get buying a new cartirdge. It is well worth your money to buy the cartridge. You can buy compatible toners which will save you money. Those toners, cannot be easily refilled, especially the starter toner.
