Where can a buy a cheap (really cheap if possible) hp touchsmart LAPTOP-not desktop?

I chose to go with the touchsmart laptop. I have looked all over the Internet (craiglist, nwegg, other) but can't find anything cheaper than $950. If you know a really good site for finding that stuff please let me know!!!
