Can not print from Word 2007 to MFC-620CN. Printer works on other applications?

Using Vista on new HP laptop. Have downloaded new drivers from Brother twice and reinstalled. Using trial version of Office 2007 supplied with the laptop. Will not print from Word 2007 but will print from Paper Port and word 2000 that I have had to install so I can print documents. Please help

  1. Arien I have no answer but exactly the same question - new HP laptop same printer using Vista cannot print word docs or pdf but can print excel or an e-mail?? Gone through the same hoops so if you get an answer I would be very grateful if you could share.
