imformation on using Dell Laser Printer?

can someone please explain why My Dell color Laser Printer 1320c will not print anything but test pages,no matter what itry to print all that comes out is test pages in groups of 3,this so far has used about 50 pages,i am getting paper jam time and time again when there is no such thing,by the time i get it working at this rate i shall wan new toners, any help appreciated,guys and dolls, thanks in advance, bronco.

1. You may have sensor hanging up that detects the paper as it exits, if it's not working or the paper is not tripping it it thinks it has jammed. It will keep trying to print the test page until you fix the jamming problem. I'm basing this on experience with other printers not your particular model which I'm not familiar with.
