Sony Digital cameras and Macs?

I have an iMac and im getting the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T700. The included software with that camera is windows only, but i have an imac. will i be able to upload pictures form that camera into iphoto?

1. just copy the images from the memory stick with a card reader
2. You shouldn't need any software. It should work right out of the box.
