My Computer was rebooted so I Lost all of My files in addition to my printer software.?

I need a way to download the software so that I can install my HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One Printer. I called HP and they said the disc is free but I would have to pay $21.99 for shipping and handling, and that is just absurd, is there any other way that I can install the printer?
