hp laser jet printer?

hrlp me someone have a hp lazer jet printer and have a few problems with it, firstly whenever i print anbything out sheets of blank paper are allways spewed out after the initial print job! does anybody know how to rectify this? secondly have the same printer connected to 1 computer and am using it as the default printer over my wireless network, when printing a normal job on say a4 paper it prints fine but if i am using another computer on the network and want to print an envolope then the printer works fine but only after i fave selected ok from a panal that appears on the screen of the computer that the printer is connected to!!! does anybody know how to rectify either of these problems please??

1. one it could just need the input roller cleaned or you maybe forgetting to fan the paper when it is put in the tray. The second maybe just a tick in the preview box in the printer properties box
