some problem get my dell laser printer ?

my dell printer get some problem, i do every thing: install soft ware properly and driver software, but when i open my computer send error message, new hard ware found so so device manger yellow question mark, but it printer correctly.what is my mistake or misunderstand?

1. uninstall all printer related programs. then remove connection of printer from computer. then go to dell website. search for printer in the support section. dl correct driver and user manual and follow instruction to the t.
