1. I'm not an expert on computers, but I know if your planning on building a good computer compared to buying one you are alot better off. Your going to know what parts you have, and save a butt load of cash. I would go for the custom.
2. Go for the custom Those are great parts there it is much better than some touch screen
3. i would go with getting a macbook, macbook air, or the macbook pro, all of these are apple made products, the reason why i am recommending you a mac software computer is for the reason that all other computers with windows run on different hardwares like; dell, sony, toshiba, etc. apple products run on their on software, which makes it the most durable .
