my mother in law just got a wireless hp printer?

and we cant set it up - in the diagnostic test it says radio on = pass but then say "radio working = failed" what can i do to fix this? TY yes the network is wireless, as she has wireless internet. The printer works fine when it is pluged in just not when we try the wireless feature which, is why we bought the model!

1. make sure everything is plug in and make sure you have it close by some wireless printers are not good because its not safe but make sure you have your network settings set too!
