1. you wont find to many big stores still selling xp computers, and if they are it might be referbished

3. Carbonfrost Systems still sells computer with XP and they are cheaper and use better parts than HP. I think their email is support@carbonfrost.com. Good luck because more OEMs don't sell XP anymore.
