Are Kodak digital cameras good in general? Is Kodak a good brand?

  2. I haven't read any good reviews of their cameras. websites for stores like circuit city and best buy plus some online retailers often have reviews by users. what I've read isn't very flattering of the Kodak cameras.

  4. My sister, brother and other brother all have a kodak camera. It is nice but you cannot store many photos unless you want to buy more memory. The pictures come out blurry sometimes.
  5. Yes to both of your questions. Believe it or not, most brand name cameras are the same when it comes to quality. Canon - Fuji - Kodak- Nikon - Olympus - Panasonic - Sony The Kodak name has been synonymous with photography since its founder, George Eastman, brought the first camera to market in 1888. Kodak has a Familiar Name That Helps it Stay a Top Brand and that is why i got one because they have such good reputation most photo stores use their paper and my brother has one that is fine. I had a Cannon which is excellent. Most people like Nikon because of their looks. * The best thing to do is try out the feel of the name brand cameras and ease to reach buttons and hopefully on sale and with some of these features below and pick the one you like and do not necessarily choose Kodak unless it meets all of those requirements. - Get at least mid-priced one for image stabilizer to not have blurry pictures and high resolution jpeg mega pixels to be able to print larger sizes. - Get a SD (Secure Digital) Card that stores lots of images like: SunDisk 512 MB * I got the model EASY SHARE DX7590 because it has a Feature to Shoot Video. You Can Not use the Zoom Feature In that Mode. But it is worth the investment if you don't have a camcorder.   6. kodak is really good the one i have is a 7.2 mega pix...i love it..the pics come out sooo..good the more mega pix the better
