What kind of power connection does a HP vs15 LCD monitor have?

I've been trying to find specific informaiton as to if it uses a standard AC power cable or if it has an external power supply. Friend of mine has one, he's not smart enough to tell the difference and I don't feel like making two trips to his place. If it uses a power-brick, could you give me the power ratings (ouput power...voltage, amps, etc..).

1. you can use any monitor power cable. three prong end not those laptop style plugs.
