Video Card for HP laptop + FM Radio + laptop Addons?

Hi, i m having a HP laptop can i install a new Video Card probably 512 MB ATI Radeon/NVIDIA, are these card same as on in Desktop PC or some what different. I am resident of India, can u provide me some sites where i can browse laptop addons which available in India. I m also looking for a FM radio addon for my laptop preferable USB or addon with some thing like Web-cam,i don't prefer Internet Radio, and i don't want a TV-Tuner Card with it.

1. Graphic cards in notebooks are very different compared to desktop PCs Most likely in your case your card will be built in to the motherboard meaning you cant upgrade your graphics card. As for and FM radio Griffin Technology has the only USB Radio that i know of, see link below USB webcam addon? all webcams are usb!
