My son owns an HP laptop. He sent it in for repairs over two months ago. He kept getting little action when he called to check on when it would be repaired and shipped out. He sent me the info and I spent most of my day talking to people in India or on hold. I finally talked with a rep in Canada but needed to be connected to a case manager. When forwarded to a case manager, ended up on a voicemail and left a message! Thanks
