- hp is better
- i'd say toshiba personally because i own one and i've had it for two years now and no problems so far really depends on what you use it for though good luck! =]
- hp.
- hp
- HP. My sister has had three Toshibas in six years. They all broke down on her. There's a reason why Toshibas are so cheap.
- toshiba, HP just looks pretty lol
- my friend has a toshiba and she hates it my mom has a hp and she has no problem with it im getting a hp
- I use to have a Toshiba. It really sucked. I had lots of problems with it. I have an HP and had not had a problem yet. Good luck
- Neither but if you "must" have a laptop, then get HP.
- rather than focusing on the brand focus on the specs - you really want a RAM of 1GB or higher, big hard drive at about 80GB plus, wifi is really beneficial if you wanna connect to the internet.
- It all depends on what you're looking for in a laptop. because both brands are good
- I have a toshiba, and it's the best thing ever. It's the same one on the ad from walmart and it has many features and it is way more advanced
- Out of those two I would go with an Hp, but overall I prefer Dell. =]
- Generally HP puts better components in their computers. Toshiba is not really in the computer business so they tend to skimp on the components. HP own COMPAQ, which was an exclusive computer company. But make sure you know what you are getting. go to Newegg.com to look at other options.
- hewlett packard all the wayyy...but it's really the specs that make the computer. Look at Gateway as well.
- Don't forget, HP and Toshiba basically only manufactured the cover. Everything inside is from somewhere else. Chips are from Athlon or Intel. Boards are from Phoenix. Sound card maybe from Creative. Look more about what the computer has "inside it" rather than the name. Price out the "contents" by the price, not the brand name.
- hp is wayyyyy better
- truthfully if you want a good laptop that has enough computing space then it will cost you. with a cheap computer you will have to run one program at a time because ram will only be about 512mb...i rum 4 gigs of ram so i can run as many programs as i want. i also spent around $2500 on mine it is a MacBook Pro
- I have a toshiba and I hate it. So, i am getting an ASUS. My work laptop is a Lenove z61. I love it.
