Help, I have a Epson printer cx4200 that is not color printing correctly?

All color text and images have multiple colors printing above or below what should be printed. Example, red text has yellow above it and light blue below it, almost like "ghost images." Ink is OK as the copying is fine, but printing colors is way off. Any suggestions.........
