- Go to printer settings select colour
- Try printing a test page. if that comes out good then it's your properties or settings. You can also try taking out the color ink cartrige and cleaning it with denatured alcohol and a q-tip... rubbing alcohol not good. also check for dust and other stuff.
- There is a printer test withing your program that you can perform. Most companies also have a troubleshooting guide to narrow down your possible problem. I can speak from experience and say that I had that model, and encountered many problems with it not too longer after I purchased it. I have since got a Lexmark, and have had nothing but success with it. I hope you find the root of your problem, and get back to doing what you need to do! Take care!
- sounds silly but is clr cart full got ink in it how long had it been sitting in shop b4 u bought it ask them 2 exchange clr cart and see wat happens or cotton bud nail varnish remover on bud and rub over where the ink comes out of cart and GENTLY over copper like metal strip on back hope this helps
- I have that problem with my camera, colour bodies and balck and white heads. Even when i'm taking pictures of really clean people... NOTHING! still the same. Any advice? or you could tell the printer to print in colour by going into "control panel" and selecting your printer and then make sure that the box is tecked next to colour, so it prints in colour. if that doesn't work then I suggest that you try pouring water over it and hitting it off the wall a few times.
- Are the cartridges new or did they sit unused for a while? If they did, you need to take each one, use a soft damp cloth to wipe the print head until ink flows freely, This is common in Epson.
- hi check your printer properties are set up for colour go to change the cartridges but dont actually remove them when the head assy goes to the middle remove the power connector this will keep the head assy in the middle and accessible get a piece of kitchen towel and dampen it offer this up underneath the head assy be gentle use a torch to see what your doing gently dab upwards onto heads and see what colour ink is there do a couple of times and then power up and do a full head clean prime by this time knowing Epsom printers your cartridges will be nearly empty again i know once went through 2 colour carts to get heads unblocked properly now use hp good luck
