what driver should i use with an hp laser jet m4345 mfp on a tcp/ip network?

i am working for a credit union, the laser jet printer is on our tcp/ip lan. the printer will randomly print "wing dings" and will also give an pcl xl error. we are currently using the pcl 6 driver for the m4345 mfp, and i know it is not the correct one to use, just wondering what driver i should use. we print a lot from the microsoft office suite, internet, adobe, and other programs. any help would be appreciated.
