my Hp laptops norton anti virus is asking for update, what should i do?

can i download it from internet freely, is it safe or i have to buy one?

2. if its an upto date - already registered version then yes if not then likely you will need to pay to get the update... it is safe to download

5. Connect with internet & start update after finishing ur update restart ur computer then put for antivirus u can switch off ur monitor alone the process will run for 30min after that endup.weakly once u want to update to prevent virus problem.
6. if i where you i would get rid of norton and get (avg anti virus) its for free and it not a big hassle like norton doesn't slow down computer as much

8. If your antivirus is already register.Then update it by closing ur eye.Else if unregister then while updating it ask 2 register.
