hp photo printer.?

my printer will not print the pictures from my computer. It used to all the time with no problem. it is pretty new. But i click for it to print and doesn't do anything. if you have this printer you know the layout place where you choose how many pics you want on a page and then you push print and it will say printing photos well it says that for a second and says that the pics are done when nothing even happend. and yes i checkes the connection i checked the paper i cleaned the ink carteridge and nothing! what the heck is going on??

2. If you have checked all the connections and made sure there was ink and that all checked out what I would do is uninstall the printer and then reinstall it and see if that fixes your problem. If you do not have the software to reinstall it you can download it by using the link below and putting in your model number or letting hp detect which model you have, after your model has been entered or detected it will show you all the drivers and software available for your printer. http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html
