fatal errors?? i have a laptop and just bought a wireless printer hp help me install it pleeeeeeeese?

i have a hp photosmart printer and a fujistsu laptop with windows vista- i am trying to install the disc but it keeps saying fatel errors please help me--- in very laymans terms what do i do

1. You may need to go to the HP website and download updated drivers. Many printers were designed and produced before Windows Vista was released so may not, therefore, have a CD with the correct drivers on it.
